Pressure

The pressure of your hands placed on my waist

My hips move in unison with your pulling

A millennia of evolution perfecting these movements

The pressure of our bodies pushing against one another

My hands grapple to pull your chest closer

Absolute surrender to our physicality

The sensation of your breath embracing my spine

My body quivering from your skillful touch

Reactions to the surge of blood flooding our bodies

The taste of salty skin mixed with water

My lips crashing into yours in heated passion

Almost violent urges disregard all rational thought

The rushed movements of impassioned lovers

Here intertwined in the most vulnerable of states

The prelude to unison defines a lover’s connection

Rapid breathing, the rushing of blood if time were to stop…

Would personify the utter raw humanity we mask each day

Absolute rare splendor of our true selves
